It is required by The Financial Services Commission of Ontario (FSCO), our governing body, that we handle your data with care - and we have been in excellent standing with them ever since 1987 when we first began. In accordance with Mortgage Intelligence's privacy policy, we ultimately submit your financial information to your lender and lawyer. The best way to understand the privacy and security of your lender and lawyer is to check their websites, many have pages dedicated to privacy but if you can’t find your lender’s policy, let us know and we’ll send it your way.
